Cappe.it is a Faber brand specialized in kitchen hoods.
Faber, Spa is located in Fabriano, Italy and has been producing high quality rangehoods for over 50 years, since 1955. Professor Abramo Galassi invented the first Faber hood in a small laboratory in Italy and now over 50 years later we are a world leader in ventilation. In Italy, Faber is the market leader; with 50% market share in a country that values premium ventilation. Faber products show a company wide commitment to technology, quality and design.
Challenge
Faber wants to have a B2C web site showing the products sold trough GDO network.
The project
OpenMind interviewed customers and GDO operator to have a better understanding of the process of buying a kitchen hood.
Following the interviews, OpenMind developed a user experience strategy (information architecture, content strategy, graphic design).
OpeMind developed the entire web site.
